Omelets is one of my favourite breakfast foods. But how do they turn out so perfectly? I have tried many different recipes and methods, but none of them work. So I am sharing some tips and tricks today to help you make fluffy, delicious omelets every morning.

We should first know that eggs are very temperamental ingredients when making omelets. You must get them fresh, organically, and keep them cold until you cook. You must keep them cool enough to allow the whites to form properly and the yolks to become too runny if they're not kept at the right temperature. Your omelets will look strangely colored if this happens. If you're going to cook them immediately, it is best if the eggs are still warm.

Another tip is to separate the egg before adding it to the pan. You don't want the white to get mixed with the yolk, as this could cause the egg to curdle.

You could end up burning the bottom half of the egg if the egg is added directly to the heat source. Instead, place the egg in the microwave for 10 second before you put it in the skillet. The microwave heat will cook the egg just right without making it too hot.

Next, let's discuss mixing the eggs. Mix eggs well together. To do this, grab the bowl of the mixer and turn it upside down. Next, shake the bowl vigorously. By doing this, the egg is thoroughly mixed with the air in the bowl.

The fun part is now - adding the milk to the mixture. Pour half the milk into the beaten egg mixture and then fold in the eggs. If you still see streaks of eggs, don't worry. These streaks will disappear once the omelet has been turned over.

The lid should be carefully opened. Sprinkle salt in the pan. An additional pinch of salt will prevent the omelet form sticking to your pan.

Cover the pan once the omelet is formed and allow it to cool completely. Use a spatula to flip the omelet or turn the pan upside-down. Cook the other side for about a minute. Take out the omelet and place it in a bowl.

This recipe works best using whole milk. Skimmed milk is also possible.
